NOTE: Appnalyzer does not host, store, or distribute mobile applications. We operate solely as an analytics platform and search engine that indexes and analyzes publicly available mobile app data discovered on the web and verified to be on the Google Play Store. All install/download links direct users to the official Google Play Store. Most apps are added automatically by our automated systems; user-submitted apps represent a small portion. If you are a developer and would like your logo or other proprietary materials removed from our platform, you may submit a request following the procedures below.
Appnalyzer ("we", "our", or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This DMCA/Copyright Policy outlines the procedures for addressing claims of copyright infringement concerning content accessible through or located on the Appnalyzer platform, operated by Coinsaylor Solutions.
1. Notice of Infringement – Claim Procedure
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied, displayed, or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement on our platform, please provide our designated Copyright Agent with the following written information (a "DMCA Notice"):
- Physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, along with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., a specific URL on our site, the name of the app in question, and a description of the specific content).
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the complained-of use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Designated Copyright Agent
Please send your DMCA Notice to our designated Copyright Agent at Coinsaylor Solutions:
Copyright Agent
Coinsaylor Solutions
Email: [email protected]
Subject: DMCA Copyright Notice
Important Note: Misrepresentations in a DMCA Notice may make you liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Please ensure your claim is valid before submitting.
3. Takedown Procedure
Upon receipt of a DMCA Notice that substantially complies with the above requirements, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. For user-submitted content, we will notify the user when applicable. For content automatically indexed by our crawlers (the majority of apps), we will review and process the request internally and take appropriate action.
Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), copyright owners may request removal of specific copyrighted materials that they own. However, DMCA protection applies only to creative content not factual data or analytics.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that material was removed or access was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a written Counter-Notification. To be effective, your Counter-Notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before removal or disabling.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ghana (or your jurisdiction, if different, for non-Ghanaian users) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA Notice.
If we receive a valid Counter-Notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA Notice. If that party does not notify us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action to restrain the activity, we may restore access to the material at our discretion.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and other applicable laws, Coinsaylor Solutions reserves the right to take action against users who repeatedly submit false, fraudulent, or bad-faith DMCA takedown requests. This may include terminating or blocking accounts of users who abuse the takedown process. Legitimate use of Appnalyzer to view or analyze publicly available apps does not constitute infringement and will not be affected by this policy.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify the terms of this DMCA/Copyright Policy at any time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does Appnalyzer host or distribute apps?
No. Appnalyzer does not host APK files. All install links take users directly to the official Google Play Store.
Can I request removal of my entire app from Appnalyzer?
No. Appnalyzer indexes publicly available data and generates its own analytics. Developers cannot remove factual listings or analytics. However, you may request removal of copyrighted assets such as your logo or promotional images.
Why is my app listed on Appnalyzer?
Our automated systems index publicly available apps from the web and Google Play Store. Your app was likely added automatically, not by a user.
Why is my app not listed on Appnalyzer?
Appnalyzer only indexes Android apps that have been publicly available on the Google Play Store. If your app is on Google Play but not yet listed on Appnalyzer, you may either add it manually or wait for it to be indexed automatically by our system in a future update. What types of content can be removed under DMCA?
Copyright-protected materials such as logos, screenshots, promotional images, and other copyright-protected assets. Factual metadata and analytics cannot be removed.
