These Terms govern your use of the Appnalyzer platform ("Service") operated by Coinsaylor Solutions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our app intelligence platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, you must not use our Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. Service Description

Our Service provides:

• Developer analytics and competitive analysis

We offer tiered subscription plans (Free, Starter, Pro, Advance, Business, Enterprise) with varying features and usage limits as described on our pricing page.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful and ethical purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer our algorithms or data collection methods
• Not scrape, crawl, or automate access to our data without explicit written permission
• Not misrepresent our data as official Google Play statistics
• Maintain the security of your account credentials (if applicable)
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Free Tier: Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any commercial use requires a paid subscription.
• Enterprise Tier: Commercial use is permitted within the scope of your subscription.
• Sharing account credentials or subscription access with unauthorized users to circumvent payment is strictly prohibited. (Purchase an Advanced, Business, or Enterprise plan with team access if you need to share your subscription.)

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Our Content

All intellectual property in our:

• Data visualizations and dashboards
• Analytical methodologies and algorithms
• Website design and user interface
• Reports and analysis outputs

are owned by Coinsaylor Solutions or our licensors and protected by copyright laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the premium features and data outputs for the duration of an active subscription.

4.2 Play Store Data

We collect and analyze publicly available Play Store data under fair use principles. This data remains the property of Google and the respective app developers. Google Play Store is a trademark of Google LLC.

5. Account Registration

For certain features, you may need to register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensure you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have parental consent

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

6.1 Subscription Plans

6.2 Billing and Automatic Renewal

• Payment: By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method the subscription fee, plus any applicable taxes.
• Renewal: Paid subscriptions (monthly/annual) may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription fees. We will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Your continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
• Free Trials: If offered, free trials automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled beforehand.

6.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
• Refund Policy: Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds or credits for partial months in exceptional circumstances.
• No Proration: We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or unused time if you cancel mid-cycle.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• 100% up to date data for all apps on the Google Play Store
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Completeness of historical data archives
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analytical outputs for any particular purpose

Important: The Service provides analytical data and interpretations based on publicly available data. It should not be the sole basis for business, financial, or legal decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coinsaylor Solutions and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any business decisions, losses, or damages arising from reliance on our data or analysis
• Loss of profits, data, revenue, or business opportunities
• Third-party actions related to your use of our Service
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if:

• We detect abusive or excessive usage, including attempts to circumvent subscription tiers
• Required by law or to protect the security and integrity of our systems
• For any other reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination of a paid subscription, your license to use premium features and access premium data terminates immediately.

• In-service notifications

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ghana without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in Ghana, unless prohibited by your local law.
