Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
When do upgrades take effect?
Upgrades take effect immediately. Our system only accepts full payments for the new plan. If you prefer to pay only the difference, you will need to do so manually by contacting support; otherwise, paying the full price will upgrade you instantly.
When do downgrades take effect?
Downgrades will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Please note that we do not offer refunds or credits for the remaining time on your old plan.
How do team plans work?
Team plans allow you to invite members to share your subscription. All team members share the same daily limits, and the plan owner can manage team members and permissions.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
For all plans, comparisons, searches, etc., will be temporarily disabled until the next day. You can monitor usage on the dashboard.
Do you offer team discounts?
It depends. Contact our sales team for custom pricing (Enterprise Plans Only).
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access to paid features until the end of your billing period.
What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept payment via Credit Cards, Bank Transfers, Apple Pay , Mobile Money and Bitcoin (preferred).
